SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Shipping within the Netherlands is free for orders over €500. For orders under €500, we charge €10. It is not yet possible to order outside the Netherlands. We will ship your order via PostNL or DHL. All orders are carefully checked, packed and shipped in accordance with the terms and conditions of PostNL and DHL. If your order has arrived damaged, we request that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. The shipping costs for exchanging or returning are at your own expense. Custom-made jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not accept returns of earrings due to hygiene.

Return Policy
Studio
Custom orders are made especially for you in consultation, and cannot be returned. For this we charge 50% of the agreed price. This amount corresponds to the deposit invoice. StudioBrecht strives for satisfied customers. If you are really not satisfied with the custom-made jewelry, we can possibly look for a suitable solution.
Webshop
You can only exchange or return jewelry that was purchased via the webshop. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it unworn and undamaged within 7 working days. Returns must be made known in advance via info@studiobrecht.nl. The costs of the insured return shipment and the risk of the shipment are for your own account.
You will receive the purchase amount excluding shipping costs back to your account within 14 days. Purchases made in the Studio may only be exchanged if this has been agreed upon in advance in the Studio.
